What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and move the pick-up time. There's never a charge for delays.
Where do I meet my driver?
Outside the arrivals exit of your terminal. You'll get the driver's name, photo and exact meeting point on WhatsApp before landing.
Is the price per person?
No. The price is per vehicle, so your whole group pays one rate.
When and how do I pay?
Nothing is charged to book. Pay on the day in USD or MXN, cash or card. We confirm payment options on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your pick-up. Just message us.
What time will you pick me up for my flight home?
We suggest leaving the resort 3 hours before an international flight. Be in the lobby 10 minutes before your pick-up time.
